(1), Definition of Dangerous Chemicals
Dangerous chemicals refer to items that are explosive, flammable, poisonous, corrosive, radioactive, etc., and which may easily cause personal injury or property damage and require special protection during transportation, loading, unloading, and storage.

The definition contains three meanings:
The first is "explosive, flammable, poisonous, corrosive, radioactive and other properties", which is determined by the physical and chemical properties of hazardous chemicals themselves, and is prone to fire, poisoning, burns, radiation damage, pollution and other accidents. [Prerequisites].
The second is "prone to cause personal casualties and property damage", which refers to the (results) produced by certain external factors during the transportation, loading and unloading and storage of hazardous chemicals. For example, when hazardous chemicals are heated, exposed to open fire, friction, vibration, impact, alcohol leakage, and contact with objects that are in conflict with their properties, the dangerous effects caused by chemical changes will not only cause the hazardous chemicals themselves to suffer losses, but also endanger the human body. Safety and destruction, keratin surrounding environment.
The third is "requires special protection", which is a prerequisite for dangerous chemicals (a prerequisite for safe transportation). It mainly refers to the corresponding "special protection" measures that must be taken against the physical and chemical properties of various types of hazardous chemicals. Hazardous chemicals are packaged in specific containers, stabilizers, inhibitors are added, and ambient temperature is controlled.

The goods that must possess the three elements stated in the definition of hazardous chemicals can be called hazardous chemicals.
Dangerous goods are classified into the following 9 categories from the international transport rules

Class 1: Explosives
① Substances and articles with mass explosion hazard in Division 1.1, such as perchloric acid.
② Substances and articles that have an injection hazard but no mass explosion hazard in Item 1.2.
③ Item 1.3 is the substance and article with burning hazard and local explosion hazard or local injection hazard or both, but no mass explosion hazard, such as dinitrosobenzene.
④ Substances and articles that do not present a major hazard in Item 1.4, such as tetrazolo-1-acetic acid.
⑤ Item 1.5 Very insensitive substances with a mass explosion hazard.
⑥ Item 1.6 Extremely insensitive substances without mass explosion hazard.

Class 2: Gas Fireworks, Snow Sprays, Hair Color Sprays, Lighters
① Item 2.1 Flammable gases, such as acetylene, propane, hydrogen, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, methane, etc.;
②Item 2.2 Non-flammable and non-toxic gases, such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, etc.;

Class 3: Flammable Liquids
Such as paint, glue, ink, gasoline, kerosene, ethanol, methanol, acetone, toluene, xylene, solvent oil, benzene, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, etc.
Any liquid with a closed cup flash point of 60 degrees Celsius or below is classified as a flammable liquid
Closed cup flash point: Under the specified conditions, the sample is heated. When the sample reaches a certain temperature, the mixture of the steam of the sample and the surrounding air will flash over once it comes into contact with the flame. the lowest temperature.

Class 4: Flammable solids, substances liable to spontaneous combustion, substances which in contact with water emit flammable gases
① Flammable solids, self-reactive substances and solid desensitized explosives, such as nitrocellulose, sulfur, aluminum powder, etc.;
② Substances that are prone to spontaneous combustion, such as hydrosulfite, etc.;
③ Substances that emit flammable gas in contact with water, such as metal sodium, magnesium powder, magnesium-aluminum powder, magnesium alloy powder, etc.

Class 5: Oxidizing Substances and Organic Peroxides
①Oxidizing substances, such as hydrogen peroxide, potassium permanganate, bleaching powder, etc.;
②Organic peroxide.

Class 6: Toxic and Infectious Substances
①Toxic substances, such as sodium cyanide, potassium cyanide, arsenic, copper sulfate, some pesticides, etc.;
② infectious substances.

Class 7: Radioactive Materials
The terminal is prohibited from accepting, and the shipping company is prohibited from accepting the category

Class 8: Corrosive Substances
Such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, ammonia water, sodium hypochlorite solution, formaldehyde solution, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, etc.
Lead-acid batteries, strong acid and alkali products

Class 9: Miscellaneous hazardous substances and articles, including environmentally hazardous substances
Medical waste, pharmaceutical waste, waste pharmaceuticals, pesticide waste, wood preservative waste, waste organic solvent and waste containing organic solvent, heat treatment waste containing cyanide, waste mineral oil and waste containing mineral oil, oil-water, hydrocarbon/water mixture or emulsion , Polychlorinated (brominated) biphenyl waste, distillation (distillation) residue, dye, paint waste, organic resin waste, new chemical waste, explosive waste, photosensitive material waste, surface treatment waste, incineration disposal residue, metal-containing waste Carbonyl compound waste, waste containing beryllium, waste containing chromium, waste containing copper, waste containing zinc, waste containing arsenic, waste containing selenium, waste containing cadmium, waste containing antimony, waste containing tellurium, waste containing mercury, waste containing thallium, waste containing lead waste, inorganic fluoride waste, inorganic cyanide waste, waste acid, waste alkali, asbestos waste, organic phosphorus compound waste, organic cyanide waste, phenol-containing waste, phenol-containing waste, ether-containing waste, organic halide-containing waste, containing Nickel waste, barium-containing waste, non-ferrous metal smelting waste, other waste, waste catalyst and other 50 categories.
